We offer pre-bookable appointments in our extended hours clinics on:

• Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm
• Thursday 7.00am – 8.00am
• Saturday (the last Saturday of the month only) 8.00am – 12.00pm

Welhat Extended Access  

Welhat Extended Access Service provides appointments to those who would prefer to be seen for routine GP or nurse appointments later in the evening or at the weekend. These appointments can be booked with the reception team at your GP surgery, however you may not see your registered GP or practice nurse and you would have to travel to Spring House Medical Centre for your appointment. When booking your appointment, you will need to give permission for your medical records to be accessed and updated.

Routine appointments are available for all patients registered at any Welwyn and Hatfield Practice, at Welhat Extended Access Hub located at Spring House Medical Centre.

Appointments are offered on: 

• Monday  6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Tuesday 6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Wednesday 6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Thursday 6.30pm – 8.00pm
• Friday 6.30pm – 8.30pm
• Saturday 8.00am – 4.00pm
• Sunday 8.00am – 12.00pm
