We offer flexible appointments, which include advanced and same day booking, alongside a range of alternative appointments to suit busy lifestyles.
Each appointment is 10 minutes long. If you have more than one issue to discuss please book a double appointment.
The receptionist will always ask a reason for your appointment in order to best direct your issue to the most appropriate service.
How to Book an Appointment
You can book an appointment by:
We offer a variety of clinical appointments to book into. For doctors’ appointments, you can book for routine appointments 3 weeks in advance. Alternatively you can call in the morning on your preferred day at 8.30am for a same day appointment. In the case of an emergency please call at 2.00pm between Monday and Friday for our emergency / duty doctor session.
You may consult with any of the doctors at the surgery, but we would encourage you to see your usual doctor for routine medical appointments.
Nurses/HCA appointments can be made up to 6 weeks in advance.
On arrival at the surgery for your appointment, please use the automated "Check-in" screen. The check-in screen for patients to use is on the right hand side of the main entrance. Alternatively let the receptionist know you have arrived.
